Trauma-Informed Individual Therapy
Personalized support to help you heal from Complex PTSD, chronic stress, and the impact of past trauma
Trauma Care That Respects Your Story
Living with trauma or Complex PTSD can feel like carrying an invisible weight. You may find yourself replaying old memories you never asked for, struggling to trust yourself or others, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change, no matter how hard you try.
But it doesn’t have to stay that way. Healing is possible, especially when therapy is tailored to who you are and what you’ve been through.
In my practice, I offer individual therapy designed to help you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.
Modalities I Integrate
EMDR Therapy
As a Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant-in-Training affiliated with the Precision EMDR Academy, I use EMDR to help clients release the emotional intensity of distressing memories. This method can be transformative in shifting long-standing beliefs and reducing reactivity.
HeartMath
I encourage clients to take an active role in their healing journey by learning evidence-based self-regulation tools. HeartMath offers practices like Heart Focused Breathing and the Quick Coherence® technique, which can support emotional balance and stress management.
Narcissistic Abuse Recovery
I am certified through Evergreen in Narcissistic Abuse Treatment, giving me specialized insight into the patterns and impact of these relationships. Together, we will work to rebuild trust in yourself and reclaim your sense of self-worth.
Individual therapy is a space where you can explore your story without judgment and access proven strategies to support deep, sustainable change. My work is rooted in an integrative approach, blending modalities that address both the mind and body.

Frequently Asked Questions

The focus is on being able to manage the body and its experience with our mind before we touch our thoughts. Often people can create defenses that include overthinking, perfectionism, hyper learning, and intellectualizing to manage their symptoms. Understanding what we’re going through is incredibly important and does not assist with the way our body experiences the increases in long term stress. Bottom up means starting with the body, and allowing the mind to follow.

I do not work with Couples or Families. A part of treatment may include a family meeting to support you in understanding how your family can support you in your journey, as well as give them the opportunity to ask questions. Again, this is a choice that you get to make. A lot of people choose to not include their families in treatment, both ways are valid.
I also do not work with children. This is a highly specialized service, and I admire those that do. My training is working with individual adults.
-
I am not able to prescribe medication. If you are in need for support with medications we will collaborate, and look for a prescriber together.
